More about Janeen Malkovich . . .

Currently, I am working as a Computer Information Technology Professor here at Western Nevada College in Fallon, Nevada.  Take a look at my Vita (.pdf) if you are interested. I have found my dream job and truly enjoy teaching at the college level.  

I was born and raised in Wyoming and often miss the snow, but truly love the warm weather that Nevada has to offer.  I finished my bachelors degree in Montana and then moved to the "Best Small Town In America," Elko, Nevada to teach at Carlin Combined Schools in Carlin, Nevada.  In that tiny town is where I found my true passion of teaching.  We then moved to Fallon, Nevada and I worked as a computer teacher at the Junior High.  I spent two years working and traveling to Reno to obtain a masters degree.  Time flies when you're having fun.   

I have two wonderful sons named Blake & Colby. They take up most of my time but I enjoy them tremendously.  Truth be known, I would rather spend all my time with my boys, but reality keeps me grounded as a working mom. My favorite things are to read, water ski, garden, and spend time with family and friends.  I am a truly people person and often enjoy sitting and visiting with others.  My goal is to live life to its fullest, be a great mom, become a "awesome" instructor, and cook often.  Thanks for viewing my pages and many happy days to you.  ~Janeen
